1. Mouldflo Flow & Pressure Monitoring System
Purpose: Real-time monitoring of pressure, temperature, and flow in the cooling circuits of molding machines.

Before Installation: Customer was using Dial type pressure Gauges to check the pressure of this aluminum injection molding machine and for temperature they used PID.
Customer Pain: They are not able to trace that why product quality gets down. They do not have any data of pressure or temperature during reject batch.
After installation: We was installed digital pressure sensors of Turck make so that operator can easily monitor the pressure locally. We also log all the pressure in the HMI and data saved in CSV format in the USB Disk. Temperature data also record in the CSV format for future monitoring and reporting purposes.
